  3. Zoo – Ragunan Zoo: This old zoo was formed in 1864 and named ‘Planten En Dierentuin’ that means ‘Plants and Zoo’. The Government back then, gifted the zoo 30 hectares of land which is now home to a variety of animals. It has since then expanded continually and is now about 140 acres large which is home to 295 species of 4040 specimens.
